Get Your Specs Right!
PITCH - Measure center-to-center on three rivets, then divide by two. Common sizes are 1/4, 3/8LP, 3/8, .325 and .404
GAUGE- This is the thickness of the drivelink, measured like it is sitting in the bar rail. Common sizes are .043, .050, .058, .063
DRIVE LINK COUNT - This is the real specification that determines length. Simply count the number of drive links of your original chain.
Bought the 24" bar plus 3 chains and a sharpening kit. Used My Echo CS-590 and immediately noticed the new setup saws much more aggressively and much faster. Big win. The tool kit is nicely organized in a rolling bag which includes a portable vise. Very handy for sharpening in the field. This is a great value and highly recommended. I will be back to replace my 20" stock bar and chain setup!

I've been doing tree work for a few years. We go through lots of saw chains and I've always sworn by Oregon. However after using these chains I will not go back to any other ones.
