    • GET THE IGNITION TIMING ADVANCE THAT THE 620 COIL OFFERS
    • NOT FOR USE WITH CS-620 COIL
    • Get the performance of the popular CS-620 coil upgrade without the expense. This offset key gives the saw an additional 6 degrees of timing advance. With the factory 590 coil, this mod gives the saw very similar timing numbers to the 620 coil in the actual powerband of the saw.  This does not eliminate the rev limiter of the 590 coil but this normally isn’t a problem since rpms will normally be 12000 or less in the cut (rev limit is 13500 rpms).

    Offset flywheel key

    Pretty easy to install and provides a good power increase on the echo 590 specially when used with the dukes performance carb, gearhead exhaust outlet and the air filter o-ring kit to seal out dust and debris. Put all of it on my father’s echo 590 he just bought because it didn’t have the power he thought it would have. He’s very happy with the upgrades and claims it gave the saw 20-25% more power and it’s not even broken in yet. He says he doesn’t think he’ll need his stihl 064 anytime soon which of course is a few heavier than the echo 590 and the 590 is much easier for him to start after shoulder surgery and physical therapy

    It took a little sanding to get it to fit in the crankshaft but works great with a noticeable increase

    Works great, but had a hard time installing it. Extremely tight fit.
