Easy to pop this on and absolutely worth the price. No need to search around for something "close enough" just order this and put it on. You'll have a filter that actually blocks the sawdust from getting into your engine.
Echo did not do their due diligence when it came to the air filter setup but Traverse Creek absolutely did! I have two 590s. One is ported and set up and the other stock. Both got the Traverse Creek treatment! Excellent!!
Bought a new CS-620 p and never ran it without this kit. I had read the fines getting past the stock filter were a problem from the factory. After 1 tank of fuel, I cleaned the saw and inspected it and found some fines got past the filter. 1 gallon of fuel later and I still find some past the filter. I ordered the A2 Designs kit and will try that instead
Here in West Texas sand and dust get into everything. This solved the filter issue on my new echo. Installed this on day one. Highly recommend.
